Help Foster Kids Start the School Year Right

BEARPAW and Ticket to Dream are helping local foster youth get ready for back to school season by supplying them with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom. Your donation will provide Sacramento area foster kids with backpacks and school supplies so they can hold their heads high and start the school year right! You can personalize this gift by adding a special note of encouragement for a child, just leave your message in the comment field.

These backpacks will be distributed at Ticket to Dream and BEARPAW's Back to School Bash in July, where over 100 elementary aged foster kids and their families join us for a day of play as they get ready for the school year ahead. Foster kids are provided BEARPAW boots, socks, backpacks and an abundance of school supplies, while enjoying an afternoon of games, prizes, treats and laughter. Together we can help foster youth get excited for the new school year and show them the community cares.
