Donate to Help Foster Kids Just Be Kids
The school year is quickly approaching and I need your help! For the 6th year I have teamed up with the Ticket to Dream Foundation to help provide foster kids with the school supplies they need to succeed and help them start the year off right.
Did you know foster kids often have to change homes, and schools, multiple times a year? That means school supplies are always at the top of a foster family's shopping list like sharp crayons, fresh paper, a new binder, and a comfy new backpack. With the right supplies, foster children can feel confident and ready to succeed in the classroom.
There a few ways you can help. (1) Donate here to the Ticket to Dream Foundation (2) Contact my mom or me to pick up school supplies from you or (3) Contact my mom or me about donating money so I can shop for school supplies that I will then drop off at a Mattress Firm. With your help, we can make the school year a success for local foster youth!
